What your team needs to know before starting a large-scale campaign

Lead time
Large-scale orders require a minimum lead time of 3 weeks from confirmed order to launch. For date-specific moments like Christmas and end of financial year we recommend booking a discovery call as soon as possible to book your preferred date.

Payment
All large-scale orders of 500+ recipients are payable by invoice, smaller orders can be paid by card. Flexible payment terms can be established to suit your businesses requirements.

Recipient groups
Orders can include multiple recipient groups with different budgets per recipient and different personalised messaging, all within a single order and a single Impact Report.
