If you came through a discovery call, your account manager will guide you through the store and confirm everything is set up correctly before you proceed. You can make changes to your order at any time.

Order confirmed and gift experience set up

Our team reviews your order and confirms your details — timeline, budget, and any specific requirements. Your branded experience is set up including: design, personal message, and any packaging customisation.

If you ordered online, most of this is done automatically for you and you can expect your gifts within 24 hours. If you started with a discovery call, your Success Partner will support you personally. You can make changes to your order at any time.

Recipients receive your gifts

On your preferred date, send your gits digitally via email, text, calendar invite, or any message platform — or hand out your premium gift cards in person. No private recipient information is required at any stage.

Each recipient receives a personalised message from you and arrives at a branded experience that makes it fun and engaging to choose their perfect gift.

Once a recipient has made their gift choice, our team handles everything for you. Each gift is packed and sent in sustainable, plastic-free packaging that continues the gift experience through to the moment they open it. Every gift is tracked with international delivery to most regions, and recipients securely provide their preferred delivery address.

Step six

The gift arrives at their door

Their chosen gift arrives in sustainable, plastic-free packaging — you can also continue a fully branded experience as part of the unboxing. Every recipient has access to our happiness guarantee: if they would like to exchange their gift for something else in the range like a different size or colour, our team makes it effortless at no cost to them or your business. Once they have received their gift, they are invited to share how it felt — the relationship signals that feed directly into your Impact Report.

Step seven

You receive your Impact Report

You'll receive regular updates and support for large gifting with weekly check ins and data insights for the first 4 weeks, then your first Impact Report lands in your inbox 30 days after you sent your gifts. Your Impact Report unpacks engagement results and impact stories of your gifting, it's designed to be ready to share directly with your leadership team.

If a gift has no engagement at all you'll receive the gift credit back to reuse for future gifts With Impact or donate directly to your chosen charity — ensuring every single gift is transformed into impact.
