We believe your gifting budget should work harder. Instead of spending part of it on platform fees, subscriptions, or administration costs, every dollar you spend on With Impact goes directly to creating a meaningful experience for your people and supporting the causes they care about. This means you can deliver greater impact, stronger engagement, and better value from the same budget.
With Impact uniquely operates on a zero-fee model. There are no subscription fees, platform fees, support fees, or branding fees. You simply choose the gift value per recipient, and they receive the full amount to spend in the Impact Shop.
Minimum gift values based on where your recipients live:
- United Kingdom: from £30 per recipient
- Europe: from €30 per recipient
- Australia: from $50 AUD per recipient
- New Zealand: from $50 NZD per recipient

Whether you're gifting to one person or tens of thousands, the price is the same: the gift value you choose. For larger gift orders, you'll also receive a dedicated Success Partner at no extra cost.
The only optional additional cost is for physical gifting packs and printed greeting cards, which are available if you'd like to present gifts in person.

Every product and brand is assessed for quality, gifting suitability, and its contribution to positive social or environmental outcomes. Products within our range are mapped against one or more of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), helping organisations understand and measure the positive impact created through their gifting programme.
With hundreds of options across wellbeing, food and drink, home, family, adventure, fitness, learning, sustainable living, and more, recipients can build a gift experience that reflects their interests, values, and needs.
Every gift also includes our Happiness Guarantee. If a recipient changes their mind, they can easily exchange their selection for another option in the range at no cost to them or your business.
No, recipient data is completely optional. With Impact is designed to minimise the amount of personal information required from your recipients.
To send gifts, we don't need recipient email addresses or delivery addresses. Instead, you can distribute unique gift links directly to your recipients and manage the recipient matching on your side.
When a recipient redeems their gift, they securely provide their own preferred delivery details at checkout. This means personal information is shared only when needed and directly by the recipient themselves.
You'll still be able to track gift redemption and engagement through anonymised reporting, making it easy to reconcile who has redeemed their gift without sharing recipient personal data with us.
This privacy-first approach helps organisations deliver meaningful gifting experiences while reducing data handling requirements and protecting recipient privacy.

Place your order
Choose how many gifts you need, when you need them, and how you would like to give — then pay by card or invoice at checkout. Placing your order secures your preferred date, so the earlier you book the more flexibility you have.
If you came through a discovery call, your account manager will guide you through the store and confirm everything is set up correctly before you proceed. You can make changes to your order at any time.
Step two
Order confirmed and gift experience set up
Our team reviews your order and confirms your details — timeline, budget, and any specific requirements. Your branded experience is set up including: design, personal message, and any packaging customisation.
If you ordered online, most of this is done automatically for you and you can expect your gifts within 24 hours. If you started with a discovery call, your Success Partner will support you personally. You can make changes to your order at any time.
Step three
Recipients receive your gifts
On your preferred date, send your gits digitally via email, text, calendar invite, or any message platform — or hand out your premium gift cards in person. No private recipient information is required at any stage.
Each recipient receives a personalised message from you and arrives at a brand-aligned experience that makes it fun and engaging for them to choose their perfect gift.

Recipients choose their perfect gift
Each recipient arrives at your branded experience: your logo, your colours, your message, and chooses from a curated selection of premium gifts sourced from makers who meet our sustainability standards. Simple, personal, and genuinely enjoyable. Our experience has a localised gift range in UK, EU, AU and NZ. US coming soon, enquire now.
Recipients provide their own delivery details securely, so no private recipient information is required from you at any stage.
Step five
Our team pack and deliver every gift
Once a recipient has made their gift choice, our team handles everything for you. Each gift is packed and sent in sustainable, plastic-free packaging that continues the gift experience through to the moment they open it. Every gift is tracked with international delivery to most regions, and recipients securely provide their preferred delivery address.
Step six
The gift arrives at their door
Their chosen gift arrives with a branded experience available as part of the unboxing. Once they have received their gift, they are invited to share how it felt — these engagement signals and feedback are presented in your Impact Report.
Every recipient can use our happiness guarantee: if they would like to exchange their gift for something else in the range like a different size or colour, our team makes it effortless at no cost to them or your business.
Step seven
You receive your Impact Report
You'll receive regular updates and support for large gifting with weekly check ins and data insights for the first 4 weeks, then your first Impact Report lands in your inbox 30 days after you sent your gifts. Your Impact Report unpacks engagement results and impact stories of your gifting, it's designed to be ready to share directly with your leadership team.
