Share links are sent to you by email within 24 hours of payment. Every gift has a unique share link. They're ready to use – add them to emails, texts, or messages.

4. They'll choose their perfect gift on With Impact.
With $120 to spend on With Impact, they choose what they love from our incredible range of sustainable gifts. We'll pack their gift and deliver it to their door.

How it works:

1. Receive their gift
However you've chosen to send or share the gift, your recipient will click on their gift link and visit their digital gift. This is the custom design that you'll create now and can see in the first image. Here they'll see how much you've gifted, your image and message along with who the gift is from. If they like, they can even write you a reply! From here they'll click "Choose my gift".

2. Choose their favourites
Your recipients will choose exactly what they want from our extraordinary range. Our catalogue looks and feels exactly like a familiar online shopping experience. They can mix and match across categories and choose items in any price bracket.

3. Enter gift code at checkout
They'll enter their unique gift code and your gifted amount will be credited to their order. If they’ve chosen items worth more than the amount you gifted them, they’ll top up their gift spend using the secure checkout process. They'll add their delivery details and complete the process.

4. Enjoy their gift
With Impact packs then delivers their gift to their chosen address. We have fast shipping - most gifts arrive within 1-3 working days after gift selection.

Are there any extra fees?
Recipients can choose from a wide range of physical and digital gifts. If they select a physical gift, a one-off $5 NZ-wide shipping fee is added at checkout. They'll be clearly informed of this during the gift selection process, and they can easily use part of their gift value to cover the shipping cost.

What if they need help?
There’s a live chat feature available on the gift page for instant support from our team. We also welcome any questions via email at hello@withimpact.nz. If anyone on your team needs assistance, feel free to pass them on to us - we’re here to help and will make sure they’re looked after.

A gift With Impact gives each recipient the freedom to choose something they truly want. Every option your recipients can choose from are carefully selected for how they make a positive impact – whether it’s helping or caring for the planet, supporting people, or both. We vet all products for their environmental and social impact.

To keep things easy and eco-friendly, we remove unnecessary plastic packaging before dispatch and we only use curbside recyclable courier packaging. No gift wrap, no ribbon – just thoughtful choices that look good and do good.

For businesses
Align your gifting strategy with your business values – celebrating the diversity of your people alongside your commitment to sustainability. Our digital solution drives efficiency and sustainability in your own operations and provides you with reporting on the positive impact that your gifts have made.

Recipients have up to three years from the date of purchase to choose their gift. If the gift isn’t redeemed within that time, the dollar value doesn’t go to waste - it’s donated to one of our incredible charity partners making real change in the world.

These organisations are actively working to regenerate nature, protect biodiversity, and support the health and wellbeing of communities both locally and globally. Even better, the person who purchased the gift (you) gets to choose which cause the funds go to - so the impact stays personal and powerful. You'll be sent a link by email to our gift platform after you've placed your order, so you can choose a charity. If for any reason you don't get a chance to nominate a charity, one will automatically be assigned.

Remember, this only applies to gifts not redeemed within three years. We have very high redemption rates, thanks to our incredible gift range and how easy it is to redeem. Most gifts are claimed within just a few days - but we know life gets busy, and some recipients take a bit longer, or may not be able to accept a gift at all due to personal or company policies.

No matter what, your gift With Impact creates a ripple of good. Whether it’s redeemed or donated, it will always make a positive difference!

When your people choose their gift, it’s a smooth, familiar online shopping experience. They enter their delivery address at checkout, then we sustainably package and courier their gift directly to them.

Orders are packed within 1–3 working days and are sent via overnight courier. Allow an extra few days for South Island, rural deliveries or peak gifting seasons.

Rest assured, we’ll keep recipients updated every step of the way so they know when to expect their gift.

In most cases, yes! When your recipients redeem their gift, they can choose to share their selection with you. If they’d rather keep it private, you’ll still be able to see the type of gift category they picked – so you can still get a sense of what they enjoyed.

At the moment, a gift With Impact is designed for recipients based in New Zealand - from sunny Northland to the remote corners of the South Island, we’ve got the country covered.

It might feel different to show the dollar value of your gift if you're used to giving physical items to your people, but recipients actually appreciate the transparency and flexibility. A gift With Impact works much like a digital gift card which makes it familiar, easy to understand and empowers them to choose something they truly want.

If you were to pre-select and send a physical gift instead, the exact value may not be displayed, however, in most cases, recipients can still get a sense of what you’ve spent.

No budget barriers
If a recipient finds something they love that’s above the gift value, they can simply top up the difference themselves - giving them even more freedom to choose what suits them best.

If you need a quote:
Place your order directly on our website and choose to pay by invoice - gifts are not confirmed until payment is received, so there's no strings attached.

You can use this invoice as a quote for any permission or approvals on your end.

Once payment is received, your gifts will be ready within 24 hours.
